Having issues receiving KJLA-TV 57
KJLA-TV is broadcasting a digital signal. If you have a converter box or digital television set and can no longer receive KJLA-TV program services you may need to rescan for channels in order to restore service. If you have an analog television set you will need a digital converter box in order to receive our broadcast signal. If you have a converter box, you need to rescan the converter box, using your converter box remote control, not your analog TV remote.
Rescan in Five Steps
To begin rescanning, find the remote control that changes your channels.
1. Press Menu
2. Select Channel Setup or Broadcast Setup on the menu (if you can’t find these options, check your owner’s manual or search for your television’s specific instructions online)
3. Choose Auto Programming or Auto Scan, then select Air, then Start.
4. Your TV will automatically rescan available signals so all your channels tune in again.
5. Once you start, don’t press any buttons until the screen indicates that the scan is complete. This could take a few minutes.
If you have rescanned and still cannot receive our signal, try changing the position of your antenna. If you need additional information or help, call KJLA-TV (310) 943-5288 or email info@thecomplexstudios.com. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
